The latest driver seems to be three years old now. I can work around this by checking the "Use pen button as right click" in control panel's "Pen and Touch Input", but this sucks and I feel like I'm fighting a battle I won't win :( It now treats the button like a normal mouse click, even though I've set it to right click in the wacom tablet property app. It's been a while since I was able to highlight text and move windows around properly, but as of today my main pen button is now also overriden and that silly circle is showing up again.
